Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for our 110th year.
Please review the vendor application as some options have changed.
The Santa Cruz County Fair & Rodeo Association and staff will use its best efforts to organize and conduct the event to which the contract pertains so that the vendor may derive the best possible result from the sales of consumer products during the event.
Vendors will be assigned spaces by the office staff for best arrangement of the event as a whole. The governing Board of Directors of the SCCFRA reserve the right to refuse a vendor application as well as void contracts, and reassign vendor spaces, without notice, as they deem necessary. We do not insure exclusivity for our events.
Lastly, filling out a request form does not ensure a spot. When your application is approved for a vendor space, you will receive notice via email. Please contact the office at 520-455-5553 or email VendorMaster@sonoita-fairgrounds.com if you have any questions or concerns.
Please click on the links below to complete the vendor applications. You must complete a separate application for each event you are interested in.
SCCFRA and the Santa Cruz County Health Department are working together to insure the health and safety of those attending events at the fairgrounds.
