Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for our 101st year. Please review the application as some options have changed. The Santa Cruz County Fair & Rodeo Association and staff will use its best efforts to organize and conduct the event to which the contract pertains so that the vendor may derive the best possible result from the sales of consumer products during the event.
Vendors will be assigned spaces by the office staff for best arrangement of the event as a whole. The governing Board of Directors of the SCCFRA reserve the right to refuse vendor application as well as void contracts, and reassign vendor spaces, without notice, as they deem necessary.
Lastly, note that the attached contract is not binding until signed by office staff or other authorized SCCFRA personnel. When your application is approved for a vendor space, you will receive notice. Applications will not be accepted after August 15th, 2015.
